AI is projected to displace 85 million jobs globally by 2025 while creating 97 million new roles, mostly requiring specialized skills. This transition is disproportionately impacting Gen Z, who are entering a workforce with fewer traditional entry-level positions. We investigate the economic anxieties surrounding AI and what policies could help young workers adapt.
